1) Color Scheme: use of pink, gray, black, and white.
2) Exact same font.
3) Similar background-city theme with the use of a logo. Mine is a Fleur Di Lis, hers is the Playboy (this is also illegal and a copyright infringement therefore, I contacted a friend at Playboy Enterprises in Chicago).
4) Page names and order (I recently changed a few things around but this is exactly like what my old site had about 2 months ago).
